- Replacement Tags / Retag Date.
- Colour.
- Breed Type.
- Sex.
- Date of Birth.
- Dams Identification Number.
- Date of Movement Onto Holding.
- Name and Address of Premises From Which Moved.
- Date of Movement Off Holding or Date of Death.
